We begin with an in-depth consultation to thoroughly understand your family’s values, schedule, and specific household dynamics.
We leverage our extensive network of career-oriented nannies, vetting each candidate against your exact criteria.
You will receive a comprehensive profile of our top candidates, detailing their professional background, experience, and our assessment of why they are a strong match for your home.
We facilitate the coordination of interviews and provide a professional guide of strategic questions to assist you in making an informed decision.
Prior to finalizing the placement, we arrange a paid working trial (ranging from two days to a full week) to ensure seamless chemistry between the candidate, your children, and your household.

Investing in top-tier care requires a transparent and straightforward commitment.

Note: All working trials and subsequent work agreements are paid directly to the candidate at an agreed-upon rate, and are independent of the agency fees listed above.

My name is Shellie Beckham. For over two decades I worked as a private nanny, public school educator, foster and adoptive mother, and social worker. During that time I did not just work with families — I became a part of them.
I know first-hand the magic that happens when a family and a nanny are a perfect match, built on a foundation of deep trust, shared values, goals, and mutual respect. As a prior nanny, I recognize the benefits of a professional who comes in and elevates the standards of childcare.
I founded my agency because finding the ‘right fit’ should not be a guessing game. I wanted to build a bridge that connects families with elite, highly skilled caregivers. As a mother, I know the importance of my child feeling safe and connected with their caregiver, as well as the knowledge that a caregiver has the proper skills to meet my child where they are.
